IS ALINA B OPEN DURING COVID-19?

Alina B is open Wednesday through Saturday, 11am-5pm. Sunday! Monday, and Tuesday hours may vary, please call or email to make sure someone will be in store to assist you on these days.

HOME DELIVERY AND RETURNS DURING COVID-19?

We are offering free local delivery and return during covid-19. If you are within a 30 mile radius of our Blackhawk Plaza location, we will deliver to your porch for no extra cost. Just select "home delivery" at check out and send us an email with your delivery address. We are offering free pick-up returns as well within 2 days of receiving. Please call 510-928-7549 to schedule your drop-off.

HOW DO I PURCHASE SOMETHING ON THE SITE?

At Alina b. we are dedicated to bringing you high-quality, in-style pieces. You will notice that many of our items do not have sizes listed- this is because our inventory is constantly changing. Please email alinkab@aol.com or call/text (510)928-7549 to confirm we have your size. If you know the size is in store click "add a note" at checkout to let us know what size you would like!

WHERE DOES ALINA B. DELIVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Alina b. delivers anywhere domestic to the United States as well as overseas. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process due to the fact that our items are manufactured in Europe. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays.  Some items may take longer to arrive because it might be coming directly from Europe. In this case, expect your order to arrive within a few weeks.  Contact us for approximate shipping dates and arrivals by phone at (510) 928-7549 or by email at alinkab@aol.com.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE IT BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Your order may be canceled before the end of our business day at 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and before 5:00 PM on Sundays. Your order will not be canceled after this time.  Please note, Alina b. is closed on most holidays, and occasionally on Mondays.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, Alina b. will send you an email notification when we have placed the item in the mail.  Please be sure that you check your spam folder in case the confirmation email accidentally ended up there. Please note that items are charged when they are placed, not after they are shipped.

IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE IN SEPERATE PACKAGES, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA?

We will do our best to assure that you are not charged extra in the event that one of your items is backordered and must arrive separately.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

No, unfortunately, Alina b. does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We ship to businesses and residential homes.

WHAT IS ALINA B.'S RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your shipment for any reason, please contact us at (510) 928-7549 or at alinkab@aol.com, and let us know how we can help.  All merchandise that has not been worn or damaged may be returned to us by mail to our store within ten days of its arrival. After the period of ten days is over, your return will not be accepted. Please note, we will only accept returned items that come back to us in the item's pristine and original condition. Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

CAN I BE REFUNDED FOR MY RETURN?

Please note that Alina b. only gives store credit in the event of a return. This store credit will be emailed to you right away and will be available for use at any time either in person or through our online store.
